#APAFoodie Day: You could almost taste the tweets!

We recently celebrated the launch of our new blog, Pickles and Tea: Adventures in Asian American Cooking! Pat Tanumihardja is a food writer and author of the The Asian Grandmothers Cookbook: Home Cooking from Asian American Kitchens. Now, she lends her expertise as a Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center blogger to inspire our #APAFoodie friends around the world in their quests to eat delicious food, “Asianify” dishes, and invent recipes! On May 20, we celebrated #APAFoodie Day on Twitter to celebrate her blog finding a new home on the APAC website. We connected with other #APAFoodie-s and talked about our favorite APA recipes.

It’s not too late! Share your favorite #APAFoodie recipes with us in the comments below or on Twitter #APAFoodie.
