The Vietnamese American Heritage Project, Exit Saigon, Enter Little Saigon Community Grand Opening
To mark the public inauguration of this historical exhibition, the Smithsonian Asian Pacific American presented a special grand opening organized by the Washington, DC Vietnamese American Working Group, and featured a lecture by Dr. Vu Pham, curator of the exhibit, and comments from Dr. Franklin Odo, director of the Smithsonian APA Program. A festive ribbon cutting ceremony followed.
