Round-Up of #APAfoodie Christmas Cookie Recipes for National Cookie Day

December 4th, as we’re sure you’re all aware, is National Cookie Day. Since it’s December and the holiday season is in full gear, we’re saturated with sugar cookies with red and green sprinkles. But why limit yourself to store-bought Christmas cookies when you could have #APAfoodie-style cookies? Here’s a round-up of some Asian Pacific American food bloggers’ Christmas Cookie photos, with links to the recipes, for you to feast your eyes upon and inspire your holiday baking.

Because if you can add Matcha to a cookie, why wouldn’t you?

2. HapaMama’s Spiced Shortbread Cookies

6. HapaMama’s Chinese Almond Cookies

This may not count as a Christmas cookie in some books but APA foodies know better. If you’re gluten-free, here’s a recipe for gluten-free Almond Cookies from Pickles & Tea. And if what you really want is an almond cookie with cardamom (because who doesn’t?) try Reshma Seetharam’s Eggless Almond Crescent Cookies.
