Jerry Kang, UCLA professor of law and currently visiting professor at Georgetown University Law Center, spoke about the continuing impact of Executive Order 9066, together with Mari Matsuda, professor at Georgetown University Law Center. Executive Order 9066 was signed by President Franklin Roosevelt on February 19, 1942, authorizing the mass internment of West Coast Japanese Americans.
