\"Pluto<\/a>Europol’s greatest robot, Inspector Gesicht, arrives in Persia on a “hunch” \u2013 can robots have hunches? \u2013 that he’s finally figured out who’s behind all the gruesome murders of the world’s greatest robots. The trail takes him to Amsterdam where he follows the mysterious Sahad, who was developing desert-resistant flowers before he disappeared, presumably called back to Persia by his father.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the best human minds are gathered for the European Scientific Forum in D\u00fcsseldorf, including Professor Hoffman, Gesicht’s mentor, whose life might be in grave danger … where oh where is Gesicht now?<\/p>\n

I can’t tell you any more than that … except to say that the final page is especially touching, with the return of Professor Tenma holding a weeping Helena looking out on the Tokyo skyline. \u00a0No questions … you ‘ll have to read it to get your answers …<\/p>\n
