Part of Uganda\u2019s population\u00a0since the 16th century, Indians played a\u00a0vital role in the development and growth of the East African economy.<\/p>\n<p>Fifteen-year-old Sabine and her family, multigenerational\u00a0Ugandans of Indian heritage,\u00a0cannot believe the mandate will be carried\u00a0out.
