One of the book&#8217;s adoptive families is a lesbian couple \u00a0&#8230; which is enough to get the book\u00a0<em>destroyed<\/em> by the National Library Board in Singapore. My, my, my &#8230; surreal how penguins, adoptions, and unconventional families can be\u00a0so threatening\u00a0to some. Right.
