Andrew Rebatta

Andrew has worked on exhibitions at community-based museums in New York, Chicago and Washington, DC. He is currently the Assistant Curator at the Museum of Chinese in America (MOCA). In 2011, Andrew was Curator-in-Residence at the Museo Experimental El Eco in Mexico City, and in 2012 he collaborated with artist Donna Huanca in the production of an Andean Futurist sound installation. Andrew previously organized exhibitions and performances for the New Forms Media Society in Vancouver, BC with artists including Kevin Beasley, Jeff Mills, Soda_Jerk, and DJ Daniel Wang. He is currently developing a spring 2017 exhibition titled FOLD: Golden Venture Paper Sculptures featuring artwork created by both detained Chinese immigrants and contemporary artists.
